Shipping policy
Shipping costs and information:
Shipping of the goods is possible by default only to the countries listed below. The shipping is done with DHL. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.
If you wish to have the goods shipped to another country, please write us an e-mail (info@kris3d.de) before you place an order and tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you shortly if we can ship to the desired country and - if a delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - we will inform you about the shipping costs, because we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping possibility and the costs.
We ship worldwide. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.
I. Shipping within Germany:
Our shipping costs depend on the gross order value: Orders up to 40 euros: 4.99 euros; Orders up to 60 euros: 3.99 euros.
From a gross order value of 60 euros we ship free of charge.
II. Shipping outside germany
We ship to the following countries:
